A production line dedicated to the production of Tablets, including coated tablets. The separate room that houses the coating machine has anti-explosive specifications, thus enabling the use of organic solvents during the coating process.  Despite the extensive use of new, automated equipment, this production line can handle also small production batches.

• Glatt coating machine equipped with Filtered air and Clean in place system.
• Marchesini blistering machine for PVC/ALU (and peel open) or ALU/ALU with camera for product control
• CAM Horizontal packaging line (dedicated)
• Dust control Booth for dispensing activities
• Laminar Air Flow for clean equipment storage.

Production Capacity: ~ 120.000.000 tabs/year in one shift
